Refunds & Exchanges

All products are made to order.

We offer 30 days for Returns or Exchanges on items that can be restocked. Items must have not been worn, and have original tags. Return shipping costs must be paid by customer.

For personalized or special orders, we are unable to return the item. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please email us a photo of the damage within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

All orders can not be cancelled once they are submitted. You will have 24 hours to notify us, if you are needing to make any changes. You can email us at sweetest_designs@yahoo.com

Lost Packages: If you have not received your package within 30 days of ship date, please contact us for replacement item.
